In 2005, I was in a deep, passionate love — the kind you think is for life. The kind that consumes you, defines you, and makes you forget everything else.

But despite the intensity and real feelings, we didn’t share the same vision — nor the same expectations.

It was painful. Still, I tried. I tried to be the woman I thought he would love more. I shrunk my dreams, compromised my values, and gave up parts of myself just to feel enough.

I could have lived like that forever, hiding from myself how unhappy I truly was.

And then, life intervened.

I met an Indian guru for the first time — a woman whose presence cracked me open. She leaned in and whispered two words into my ear. It wasn’t long. But it was everything. And in that moment, I realized:

“The only thing I could change… was myself.”

That was my epiphany. My wake-up call. I saw how much of my power I had handed away, waiting to be chosen, waiting to be loved.

And in that moment, I reclaimed it.

But clarity doesn’t make the next step easy. Because choosing myself meant walking away from the man I loved most. It was the hardest and bravest decision I’ve ever made: choosing me.

That moment became my threshold. I answered the call.

I began my inner work. I reconnected with my dreams, my voice, my wildness. And from that moment on, I chose a life that was mine.

My journey took me across continents — India, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Indonesia — and deep into the mysteries of feminine wisdom, energetic power, spiritual truth, and radical self-trust.

I’ve rebuilt myself — and my life — more than once. And every time, I came back stronger, freer, and more aligned.
